Sure no problem. oc S So I'm a barista at a large cafe chain, and I have learned people can be a bit particular with their coffee. That's fine. And if people don't like their order they are entirely within their rights to ask us to change it for them. Most people won't come up at all, and the few that do are happy with their order the second time. Not today, oh no.

Font - In the middle of a busy rush (as the weather here has been extremely hot), this lady comes up and asks for a skinny vanilla iced latte with extra vanilla. So default is 2 pumps, extra is 4 usually. So i pumped the vanilla 4 times into her 12 Oz cup, poured her skinny milk and then poured her 2 shots of espresso on top of this. I handed her it and moved onto the next customer.

Font - About 5 minutes has passed. She comes up with an empty cup and says that there wasn't enough vanilla in her iced latte. So I kindly explain to her that we can't make her another one as she has drank it already. She quotes the company "promise" to remake drinks that don't meet the customers standards. While I was waiting for the cashier to come take my order, I happened to listen to the guy in the drive through and, as soon as he turned his mic off he yells "one double diabetes large!" That caught my attention and after I ordered I asked the cashier, what's a double diabetes? It's coffee with 10 parts sugar and 10 cream. WTF? Where's the coffee in there? I mean, how frequently do peopl

Font - daddycat93 · 18h I once briefly worked at Buckstars and will never forget a mobile order for an "Avis" that came through. I thought there was no way it could ever be true so I almost threw away the stickers until my manager intervened. It was for two (2!) venti vanilla sweet cream cold brews with fifteen (15!!) pumps of vanilla syrup, fifteen pumps of simple syrup, extra sweet cream, no ice, in a trenta cup. One drink obviously wasn't enough. I still remember how horrific it looked. None
